unival Digital Wideband Jamming Systems are specifically designed to counteract the detonation of IEDs by remote devices, such as cell phones, garage door openers or hand held radios. The unival XWJ2 series represents the latest generation from our R&D of multi-purpose hybrid, smart digital wideband jammer.

Using state-of-the-art software along with the best hardware components available, the XWJ2 series achieves an unrivaled jamming performance. Based on one platform, the modular system can be turned into the required jamming system, for vehicle/ convoy based, portable or stationary scenarios. All jamming modules are fully ruggedized with an aluminum body, which is manufactured according to MIL specifications (MIL STD 810F and IP 65).

Each module is equipped with a smart power management that is freely programmable and enables a responsive or conventional jamming mode. Each module can operate as a subsystem or independently as a stand-alone jammer with its own FPGA/ DDS board (6 DDS), a battery (10 Ah) or 220VAC power source, one or two amplifiers and an antenna.

The XWJ2 series is housed in a special aluminum, ruggedized case, which ensures highest protection and operability under harshest conditions.

The unival XWJ2 can be used for a wide range of near field jamming scenarios, for example counter-terrorism operations, communication jamming, EOD bomb disarming or for creating a safe zone in a high-risk area. The flexibility of the XWJ2 is unmatched in terms of mobility and output power. Through intelligent digital jamming the XWJ2 can put way more output power into the desired threat frequencies than other conventional systems.

XWJ2 | SYSTEM INFO

Each XWJ2 can be individually assembled as per requirements. From single- to multi-band jammers, the modules can be plugged together. Handles and wheels are optional accessories. If the XWJ2 modules from a multi-band jammer are unplugged they can operate as single 1-band jammers e.g. in different places in a jamming cloud.


XWJ2 SOFTWARE

As the XWJ2 is a truly digital jammer. It comes with a comprehensive software suite, in order to program the exact jamming frequencies and modulation.
Furthermore, unival offers a threat frequency database, to adapt the jammer fast and efficient to any changing condition.Additionally, the programming software enables a lot of highly advanced jamming techniques, such as RESPONSIVE, Barrage, Sweep, Multi-Sweep and Hopping.

 

XWJ2 | DIGITAL PROGRAMMING FEATURES (DDS BOARD)

All frequency bands in each module are controlled and operated through 6 DDS chipset and individually programmable for RESPONSIVE, barrage, sweep, multi-sweep and threat database operated hopping. All bands can be programmed individually for different jamming modes. Programming through included notebook and remote control.
