unival group is recruiting a Field Service Technician with electrical/electronics equipment experience to join the European technical team on permanent basis.

Role Summary:

To participate in planning, preparing, and conducting installations of unival equipment and operator/engineer training in Europe. Providing technical support remotely and on-site to customers and partners. Working closely with the Technical Support Engineers and Technical Support Coordinator on ensuring that all the technical and service-related documentation is always relevant and up-to-date, and all the company service-related policies are followed and developed for improved efficiency. Supporting the Sales and Project Management teams on technical matters.

The role combines traditional custodial duties with chauffeur services, visitor support, and organizational tasks in office management. We are looking for someone who thinks proactively, rolls up their sleeves, and ensures that our work environment remains professional, pleasant, and well-organized.

Since we regularly welcome international guests and visitors, we’d love to have someone who can communicate in both German and English.

You will be the point of contact for many small and large issues in our day-to-day operations, making you an important part of our team and our company culture.
