unival® ballistic blast and shock protection blankets are designed to offer protection against fragments and shrapnel from roadside bombs and anti personnel mines and at the same time reduce the impact blow on body parts in contact with the vehicle at the time of the blast. The live tests showed a decrease in acceleration of the simulated body parts from 7715g (9.81m/s2) down to 410g, which greatly reduces the force applied, and thereby the risk of losing a leg. 

unival® side protection is a low weight armour system designed to provide a high level protection of the sides in soft skinned vehicles. The protection panel is a combination of a flexible ballistic blanket upgraded with a strike surface of ballistic steel.

unival® ballistic blankets are designed to offer protection against fragments and shrapnel from small anti personnel (AP) mines, hand grenades, unexploded ordnance (UXO), and hand guns. The blankets cover as much as possible of the interrior of the vehicle leaving only minimal openings for seat brackets, gearshifts etc.

unival® seat protection is a personal protection item covering the back and the underneath of the body from shrapnel from small anti personnel landmines, hand grenades and handguns. Each seat protection comes with a loose foot well blanket that protects feet and lower legs.

Explosion-proof and self-sealing fuel tanks are manufactured with a flexible polyurethane (either polyester or polyether) foam with fully open pores, composed of a skeletal network of tiny lightweight interconnecting strands which act as a three dimensional fire screen.
