uniTAG-Pipeline - The concept
uniTAG-Pipeline allows to seamlessly secure complete oil- and gas pipelines over long distances in order to protect from manipulation.
uniTAG-Pipeline is a cost effective monitoring and communicationnsystem with extremely little maintenance requirements. The system is fully scalable according to the length of the pipeline network and can be fully programmed for all operational needs.
As uniTAG-Pipeline works as a transmitter, receiver and repeater at the same time, the collected data is available in real time, whenever and wherever needed.
The radio systems of security personnel, construction workers and pipeline monitoring units (regardless if ground staff by feet, vehicle, on water or in the air) will be fitted also with small uniTAGs, allowing to monitor and send position, alarms and other collected data in realtime. Using existing radio devices for communication allows to keep the uniTAG devices small and energy-efficient. Alarms, caused by sabotage or other occurrences will be transmitted automatically to control units and (security-) personnel, allowing to locate the closest and fastest available help and support in time.
